FUSE CUTOUT TUBE DESCRIPTION:
The fuse holder, also called the “fuse tube” or “door”,an insulating tube which contains the replaceable fuse element.
When the contained fuse operates (“blows”), the fuse holder drops out of the upper contact, breaking the circuit, and hangs from a hinge on its lower end. This hanging fuse holder provides a visible indication that the fuse has operated and assurance that the circuit is open.
The circuit can also be opened manually by pulling out the fuse holder using a hot stick.
Abimat Electric fuse tube (fuse holder) of fuse cutout are interchangeable with S&C, Chance, Cooper and ABB. The rated current of the fuse tube is 100A 200A and 300A, rated voltage is from 11kV to 36kV. The fuse cutout type is: RW10, RW10F, RW11, RW11F, RW12, RW12F, NCX, NCXF.
The Size or length of the fuse tube can be customized.
